Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account at the time of the request. HH988 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on large withdrawal amounts before processing.
HH988 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and special event promotions. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are displayed alongside each offer.
Wagering requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount that must be reached through real-money play before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager the equivalent of 30 times the bonus amount before requesting a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
Game contributions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and table games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are stated in the terms of each promotion.
Bonus expiry. All bonuses have an expiry period from the date they are credited. If the wagering requirement is not met within this period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. Expiry dates are clearly shown in your account's bonus section.
One bonus at a time. Only one bonus may be active on your account simultaneously. Depositing while a bonus is active applies the deposit to your real-money balance. Claiming multiple bonuses simultaneously is not permitted.
HH988 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Promotional abuse — including but not limited to coordinated wagering across multiple accounts or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
Sports betting on HH988 covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, Test matches and bilateral series), football, esports, basketball, tennis and other sports as displayed on the platform at any given time.
Bet settlement. Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant match or event. For cricket, this includes matches shortened by weather or other external factors — settlement rules for affected matches are based on standard cricket betting conventions as displayed in the betting section of the platform.
In-play betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to availability during live events. HH988 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting at any time and for any reason, including technical issues or unusual betting patterns. Bets accepted before suspension are settled based on the official outcome.
Void bets. Bets may be declared void in the event of: the event being abandoned or postponed beyond the applicable settlement window; obvious pricing errors; confirmed integrity concerns; or the event not taking place as scheduled. Void bets are refunded to your wallet in full.
Maximum payout. Maximum single-bet and accumulator payouts apply and are displayed in the sports betting section. Bets exceeding the maximum payout limit are settled at the maximum applicable amount regardless of the actual calculated return.
Accumulator bets require all legs to win for a payout. Each leg is a separate selection — if any single leg is void, the accumulator is recalculated without that leg at odds of 1.0.
Casino games on HH988 — including slots, live casino, table games and bingo — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) for non-live games and real-time outcomes for live dealer games. All games are supplied by established third-party game providers.
Return to Player (RTP). RTP information is available for all casino games. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term return over a very large number of rounds — they do not guarantee a specific return in any individual session. Actual session results will vary significantly from the stated RTP.
Technical malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game round, the affected round will be settled according to the game provider's rules for incomplete rounds. In most cases this means the round is voided and the stake is returned. HH988 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures outside its control.

Live casino games are subject to the same terms as RNG games with the additional condition that all decisions made by the live dealer or game host are final and binding once the game round is complete and the result has been confirmed on screen.
